Prady was asked to shape their WebInsure Exchange Manager product including client engagement processes, business development pitches and the user experience of their entire product. This was done by leveraging hCentive’s offshore, onshore and client teams.
In Prady’s design leadership role, he single handily provided the new concepts, managed the team of designers and developers to deliver the product. He also interacted with the clients and stakeholders to capture their needs and raising their confidence on the our product offering. His direction also helped shape hCentive’s requirements’ communications, design documentation, vision for new products.
