Prady led the Sprint.com complete redesign commissioned by Sapient. Prady was key player in responding to the RFP and leading User Experience Strategy & Planning. He personally designed Homepage, Business Portals, Care & Support Solutions and Community Strategy.
Prady was instrumental in developing the solution for the whole Sprint’s support operation. It involved not only designing the external facing website, but the content for the call centers and engagement strategy for the community of users. This project led Sprint transform into a community driven self-service function. prady helped redesign Support, Search, Chat and many more web functions to enable self-service for Sprint’s customers.
