User Experience Value Chain

User experience is an integral part of the product and service that touches user’s senses and mind, consciously as well as subconsciously. It facilitates the user’s goals via three important layers — Brand (or look & feel), Structure (information architecture, navigation, findability) and through the actual Features (Functionality, Content or Utility) of the product. In any great product these layers play in harmony and help businesses orchestrate their product, services and solutions. From this point of view, User Experience has a pivotal and leadership role in any business strategy.

User Experience Design is made of multiple parts which spans from understanding user’s needs to helping technology deliver the right solution.
