Today, almost half of all U.S. households are living paycheck to paycheck. There is an enormous marketplace that needs help (and are willing to pay for it). Consumer’s shift to mobile coupled with a demand for financial service capabilities creates a unique opportunity to offer a new low cost/high convenience way for consumers to manage all of their finances. This mobile app helps individuals learn about finances, create a habit of saving while automating some of the tasks, Tax filing as one.
Thinking of financial planning is inherently demotivating activity for majority of our target audience. That’s where we bring in Design Thinking to cement that gap between design/branding & psychological needs of the user. This is done by integrating end to end User Journey to deliver good experience and motivation required to adopt financial planning. We helped map customers financial journey by looking at each stages of their decision making. We mapped this with the emotional states of users to derive the digital touch points to be designed.
We helped develop the business model and create a application architecture that helps users through out their financial journey.
