Compex is the most established Legal Services firms that offers largest network for Legal Record Retrieval & Summarization Services. Compex needed User Experience led Consultancy that can help their team transform customer facing web infrastructure with design led thinking. The goal was to create a modern technology infrastructure, improve the overall brand and user experience of services, and help customers with self service solutions. The key tasks for Prady were — new UX design framework, visual identity & branding, information architecture and frontend development.

Prady led the overall design of external website, online order processing applications, client self-service portals, and tools to help customer do their own record summarization. As an Advisor, Prady advised the executive team in the matters of marketing and communications as well.

Key Deliverables

Online Order Processing Application

Online Order Processing Application helps automate customer orders and streamlines them with the field work, reporting and communication. The new design makes the whole process more efficient, intuitive and appealing for the end users. Prady led the whole new design by helping the development team with Information Architecture, Visual Design and Frontend codes for the end product.


Customer Portal and Self Service Application
Customer Portal allows customers to view the status, manage orders and summarize their own reports by uploading it to the system. Prady helped mapped existing processes, enhance them and provide new designs to improve the overall experience.


Corporate Website & Marketing Communication Design

Prady helped Compex create a new visual identity that is modern, cutting edge and business minded. This was incorporated into various marketing collaterals as well as the Corporate Website.
