Due to the Affordable Care Act there’s a tremendous change is every aspect of Healthcare industry, and one most important, is the billing and financial management. hCentive being the leader in Health IT needed expert to lead the User Experience Design and help it’s product managers, technologists and designers arrive at a compelling user experience model.
Prady was hired to lead the team, create the new concept and help coach the design team to create design that was modern, simple and intuitive. This exercise developed the product for various segments of the users — consumers, employers, brokers and billing administrators.
