This work was commissioned by EmcArts, ArtsFwd's parent organization. ArtsFwd is a consulting firm focused on organizational change with the aim of systematizing innovation and adaptive change in the arts and culture field. They design workshops, coaching, and intensive labs that are deeply influenced by artistic processes, which opens up new ways of thinking and seeing. Their new digital workshop series called ‘Staging Change’ is focused on delivering workshops to 10 art institutes in North America. This series incorporates 10 workshops spread across several months. Team of Participants join the live sessions and they are engaged with planned course content to be consumed at their own pace.
